BAC Fall Soccer Registration is officially closed for the 2010 Season.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR 2010 REGISTRATION:W

All Players

Two (2) completed copies of the 2010 Player Registration Form, both with original signatures in BLUE ink.

 

In which age division will my child play?  Check this 2010 Age Matrix.

 

Recent 1"x1" school-type picture (photograph-quality paper only) for player pass. 

 

Sign a Parent Ethics Form (also available at registration).

Cash or check made out to BAC.

New Players Only

If your child did not play for BAC in 2009, please have a photocopy of the player's birth certificate or passport. A hospital or christening certificate is not acceptable.

 

Registration Fees

LATE FEES:  After May 22, 2010, $100 per player.

 

Included: CYSA Registration, Kick-Off Party, individual and team pictures.

 

A $25.00 fee will be added to all returned checks.

A $35.00 fee will be added for all refunds up to July 31.e May 19, 

 

No refunds will be given after July 31, 2010.

Uniform Costs

Attention U8 players: bring your U6 reversible jersey to registration to "Trade-In" for a new U8 jersey.

(Must use separate order form available at registration)
Full uniform:  $30  - a $4 savings!
Jersey:  $18
Shorts:  $12
Socks:  $4

Fundraising

Each player is required to sell three tubs of FatCat Cookie Dough to help cover referee fees. You have an option of “buying out” of the fundraising for $18 at the time of registration.
